Direct Pricing Policy
Last Updated: June 2026
At Norte Study, we believe planning an international education should be entirely transparent. When you look at a course price on our directory, that is the official direct school price. We add zero markups, zero hidden booking fees, and zero administration fees.
This document explains our pricing rules, how we handle different international currencies, and how our consultancy is funded.
1. The Direct School Price Guarantee
Every partner academy listed on Norte Study signs a price parity agreement with us. This means the tuition rate you see on our platform is identical to the official rate published by the school itself.
If an accredited partner academy lowers its direct tuition price or releases a regional promotion, our database updates to match it. You will never pay more for a course by booking through Norte Study than you would by walking directly into the school’s front office.
2. Zero Student Fees
You pay nothing to Norte Study for our research directory, our visa guidance, or our document check services. Our advisory support is 100% free for students.
3. How Our Business Is Funded
We operate on a standard international agency model. When you book a verified course through our directory, the partner school pays us a standard representation fee out of their official tuition rate.
Your tuition price does not increase to cover our work. The school absorbs our fee from their own marketing budget because we handle the student verification and paperwork preparation on their behalf.
4. Invoicing Currencies
To protect your booking from unfair currency conversion, we always generate your official invoice in the local currency of the country where your chosen school is based.
A course in Ireland, for example, is invoiced in Euros. If Norte Study later offers courses in the United Kingdom, that invoice would follow the same rule and be generated in Pounds Sterling.
Wherever we operate, the currency always follows the country the school is actually in, never a converted or inflated home currency rate. You always pay the exact native price published by the institution.
5. Currency Converters and Bank Charges
Any price conversion tools displayed on our website showing local currencies are provided purely as a rough planning guide.
Your actual payment is settled in the native currency of the destination. Your personal bank, credit card provider, or payment gateway sets your final currency exchange rate and any international wire charges. Norte Study does not control and cannot absorb third-party banking fees.
6. Price Mistakes
We audit our database regularly to keep prices accurate. However, schools occasionally update their fees without immediate notice. If a genuine technical error results in a course being listed at an incorrect price on our website, the official direct price confirmed by the partner school’s registrar will always apply to the final booking.
